We use all the current available assessment tools including FirstRate, AccuRate, BERS PRO, ESP II / (Beaver), DTS (Deemed to Satisfy) and BASIX assessments. On review of your project we will select the appropriate method for your project and geographical location.
In addition to simply providing a rating so a project can obtain a Design Approval or Building License we can provide innovative and cost effective design solutions for sustainable and energy efficient buildings. Our building design division CADDS Architectural can produce high quality design and documentation for any size and style of project.
In addition to providing energy efficiency assessment and advice our company has been involved in many innovative and important energy efficient initiatives for both government and private organizations such as:
