Simple procedure to get Your building assessed

1. Send a copy of your plans to obtain a Quote (please see contact details below)
( for quotation purposes you can provide paper plans, electronic copies such as PDF’s or CAD files and these can be sent by e-mail, fax, mail or delivered to our office in Bibra Lake)
 
2. On acceptance of our Quote, simply ask your Architect / Designer / Draftsperson to e-mail the CAD files.
(We currently accept; AutoCAD, Microstation, AutoSketch, Drafix, DXF, QuickCAD. We can even work off manual drawings if required)
 
3. Complete the requested information form

4. Post out 3 sets of Paper Plans. For HERS assessments only.
(We will use one set for marking up and keep it on file for audit purposes by the regulative Authority ABSA. The other two sets will be returned to you with approval stamps.)

1. We will complete the assessment of your project and advise you how to comply with the requirements of the Building Code of Australia (BCA) and your Local Authority
2. We will issue a report produced by the relevant assessment method used to obtain your assessment, Compliance certificate and stamped approved plans.
3. The compliance certificate will include a specification block that will include our recommendations on how you can achieve the required rating.
