 Condor Towers, Perth
Saffron Tower, Perth on St George’s Terrace is due for completion in March 2009. It is the tallest inner city apartment building in the CBD, 28 storeys, 175 apartments and 30 business tenancies.
CADDS Architectural Drafting was involved in the early stages of the development.
We provided consultation with the developer Condor while evolving the planning drawings into working drawing documentation.
We worked closely with Condor, the designer Tony Keene, all consultants and the City of Perth to provide fast, high quality documentation and detailing solutions.
During the construction phase we have provided ongoing consultation involving detailing, drafting, documentation management, consultant liaison and site meetings.
CADDS Architectural Drafting has been involved with the production of planning and working drawings on other high rise apartment buildings in Perth.
Currently under construction and due for completion 2009 Saffron Towers, 141-151 Adelaide Terrace Perth, Developer Saville Australia. 21 storeys, 154 apartments and 2 business tenancies.
Also award winning Manhattan Towers, 255 Adelaide Terrace, Perth, Developer Condor. Won HIA Residential lifestyle development award 2003, HIA High density project of the year award 2003 and MBA Division 2 refurbishment renovation of a building. award in 2003.

CADDS Architectural Drafting has been providing onsite advice and site survey along with full documentation of each house type to suit refurbishment. Typically the works undertaken was the documentation of the existing house layouts and elevations with the main refurbishment contained to the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry.
 10 Star Eco Home will be designed by CADDS Architectural Drafting & AEEBC. We are currently involved in a project with one of our in-house departments AEEBC to design and document one of the 1st 10 star Eco Homes in Western Australia. The home will be innovative in design, incorporating Greensmart incentives, comfortable, low water and energy use and latest state of the art technology to reduce the overall carbon footprint.
We have contacted a local builder that has a keen interest in sustainability to join us in the construction of the home so that our vision becomes a reality. The site currently looks to be located in Karratha. We hope to bring further updates shortly on this project development.
