The health, safety and welfare of all personnel are of primary concern to CADDS Group and this is reflected in the manner in which work is planned, personnel are equipped, and in the way we perform and control our processes.
Management recognises the value of consulting and involving all employees in occupational health and safety matters and encourages communication at all levels. CADDS Group’s objectives are to eliminate all incidents and practices that could result in personal injury, occupational illness, production loss or environmental damage, and ensure compliance to Australian legislative requirements as the absolute minimum standard.
To this end, all managers and supervisors will continually demonstrate their commitment to safety and will actively encourage all employees to bring safety matters to their attention as soon as they are identified. The manager or supervisor will then work with the employee or their representative to develop rapid and effective solutions. CADDS Group management are committed to monitoring defined objectives and targets. The goals for CADDS Group’s contracts are:
- Zero injuries; and
- Zero workplace incidents.
